구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. iOS 는 설정 → [내 이름] → 구독, Android 는 Google Play 앱 → 프로필 → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제에서 따로 해지해 주세요.
가입에 쓴 이메일(Google·Apple 계정)에서 yunlabs2023@gmail.com 으로 «계정 삭제 요청»을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 뒤 영업일 기준 7일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 특정 글·댓글 삭제나 개인정보 열람·정정 요청도 같은 주소로 받습니다.

In the app: More → Delete account (회원 탈퇴), enter your sign-in e-mail to confirm, then choose Delete permanently. This removes your account and e-mail, nickname, bio, profile photo, XP/level/mission/attendance records, saved posts, your message inbox and the link between your account and subscription receipts. Your community posts and comments stay and show the author as "탈퇴한 사용자" (delete them first if you want the content removed). Video-duel comments you did not delete may remain with the nickname used at the time; delete them before leaving, or e-mail us. Message content stays in the other person's inbox. Moderation records (bans) are kept to prevent evasion. Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically: cancel them in your Apple ID / Google Play settings.
